Viola Pace Knudsen

The Motivation... At first, she saw a woven palm basket and was drawn to it. Eventually, she chose pine needles as her medium over the palms because she found them more artistically versatile and she didn't have to climb a tree to retrieve them.
The Process... Viola is meticulously devoted to perfection in her art form. She gathers her own pine needles. She doesn't rake them for fear of breaking or bending them. Instead, she picks them one-by-one. Only the perfect ones make it into her basket.
Love, respect, and a passion for nature drive Viola to see and create beauty in a variety of mediums. Whether painting and capturing the emotion of a Sand Hill Crane nudging its baby or creating one of her beautiful, pine needle baskets, Viola gives us a refreshing appreciation of nature at its best.
Viola lives in Palm Bay, Florida, with her husband. Her backyard blends with her art as it just happens to be registered as a "Wildlife Habitat" by the National Wildlife Federation.

LoPressionism Gallery Consultants

After realizing that there was no better thing in the world than art, Liz DeSerio decided to study Art History at the University of Central Florida. Having studied a wide range of movements she decided to focus on contemporary art specializing in controversial works and the topic of censorship. She graduated with her B.A. in 2007 under the tutelage of Dr. Cutler. After college, she began working at a gallery in Orlando and also enjoyed an exhibitions internship at the Orlando Museum of Art. She has continued her art career as a consultant in the Brevard area.

Bianca Blottie's Art History education began during her years in high school. In her late teens, her family lived in Northern Virginia, and she was able to make frequent weekend trips to "The Mall" in Washington D.C. Taking the Metro to visit all of the museums, the need to learn more about her favorite artists and works of art pushed her to study Art History in college. While completing her B.A. in Art History with a specialization in Latin America at the University of Central Florida, Bianca began teaching classical dance technique to all ages. Since college, she began her career in the art world as a consultant and continues to teach dance and art history to all ages.
