FACILITY / CAPACITY
For seated dining, we can comfortably accommodate 60 people. For cocktail parties that do not include a sit-down dinner, code enforcement has approved us for 150 people. The room rental space includes the kitchen area, one unisex restroom, the entire upstairs showroom floor including the viewing room and the outdoor smoking deck. There are also two notary / officiants available should you wish to have a wedding performed by gallery personnel.

RENTAL FEES
$250.00 per four-hour time slot. Each additional hour is $50.00. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is due with application and will be deducted from balance. Balance is due 7 days before rental date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Checks should be made payable to LoPressionism Gallery.

A credit card authorization form must be completed by the lessee on the evening of the event. The form will act as a damage deposit, and the lessee will be charged for any damages which have occurred, any item which has been unofficially removed and/or any cleaning beyond the customary. This form is completely destroyed within 48 hours of the event if none of the prior has occurred.

The event host (lessee) should distinguish between party ending time and house closing time. Party ending time means the time the clean-up begins and the bar closes. House closing time is the time when all persons are out of the building. A request by the lessee to extend the house closing time beyond 11:00pm may be made in advance of the event.

GALLERY BENEFITS
We offer your party guests 10% off boutique items during the party, however we will not announce this. It will be the Event Host / Planner / Caterer's choice as to whether guests are informed of this benefit or not. In some cases when party sales reach a certain threshold, a rebate for the room rental may be offered, but only after the product refund period has expired. This offer should not be mistaken for an attempt to pressure guests into sales. Gallery representatives will respect your private party wishes and as always, will act with professionalism and class, and will not attempt to sell unless approached by guests about products or artwork.

You are free to purchase food and alcohol anywhere you like. You are in no way held to use specific caterers or purchase food items from the gallery. We do have a recommended Caterer list available upon request.
