After years of working tightly with watercolors on detailed images, Russ Taylor finally let loose with his style realizing that what he was creating before was great for technique but not for him. Russ now paints richly textured and vibrantly colored acrylic pieces with upbeat themes. "My art is meant to be joyful and uplifting, not disturbing or shocking," Taylor explains. "My work is made to make people happy."
